How the Kiss&Go Area Works.

Art. 1 – Purpose

The "Kiss & Go" area is exclusively designated for short-term stopping necessary to allow the purchase of travel tickets (where parking stalls are available), the safe boarding and alighting of passengers, and the smooth flow of vehicular traffic.

Art. 2 – Hours of Operation

The area is accessible during the hours established by the facility Management and is subject to these regulations. During the following seasonal period, the area is open for transit from 09:00 AM to 09:30 PM.

Art. 3 – Maximum Stay Duration

  1. Staying in the area is permitted exclusively for the time strictly necessary for accompanying passengers and purchasing tickets.
  2. The maximum parking time is set at 10 minutes for dropping off passengers and 15 minutes for purchasing travel tickets at the ticket office, unless otherwise indicated by Management.
  3. It is forbidden to leave the vehicle parked beyond the allowed time.
  4. Please note that parking the vehicle to purchase travel tickets does not guarantee a space, and parking is only permitted if a stall is vacant.

Art. 4 – Presence of Management Staff

  1. The area is supervised by personnel in charge of traffic management and safety.
  2. The staff is authorized to:
    • regulate the flow of vehicles;
    • issue instructions to users to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow;
    • request the immediate relocation of vehicles obstructing transit;
    • temporarily limit access in case of congestion or emergency situations.
  3. Users are required to comply with the instructions given by the staff present.

Art. 5 – User Obligations

Users of the area must:

  • maintain a moderate speed and in any case comply with the indicated limits;
  • stop exclusively in spaces designated for short-term parking or indicated by the staff present;
  • facilitate the rapid turnover of vehicles;
  • pay particular attention to pedestrians and other users.

Art. 6 – Prohibitions

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • stay beyond the allowed time;
  • leave the vehicle unattended unnecessarily;
  • use the area for prolonged parking;
  • perform freight loading and unloading operations unless authorized by Management;
  • obstruct transit or occupy driving lanes;
  • engage in behavior that may compromise safety or slow down the flow of vehicles.

Art. 7 – Safety

Each driver is responsible for operating their own vehicle and must take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of people and property within the area.

Art. 8 – Non-compliance with Regulations

Failure to comply with these regulations and the instructions given by the assigned staff may result in:

  • a request to immediately leave the area;
  • the restriction or prohibition of access to the area;
  • the application of any measures provided for by current legislation and facility regulations.

Art. 9 – Final Provisions

Access to the "Kiss & Go" area implies full acceptance of these regulations. Management reserves the right to modify its content at any time for organizational, safety, or public interest reasons.
